Rolo has "Geass", just like his more famous (infamous?) "brother" Lelouch, but each Geass in Code Geass grants the person different abilities. When Rolo chooses to use his Geass, a red bird-shaped symbol appears in his right eye, but there's not much chance for anyone to actually see said symbol because Rolo's Geass....stops time.
Well, sort of. Rolo's Geass technically only stops people's perceptions of time--time itself, and any objects that were moving within Rolo's range (he can control the range, but its maximum distance is currently unknown, as is whether or not his Geass works on living things that aren't human), keeps on ticking/moving. So while Rolo can't dodge a bullet using his Geass, he can give the appearance of teleporting to those affected by him, as they are unaware their perception of time is being interrupted. His Geass also supposedly has "a weakness", though since Code Geass R2 is still airing it hasn't been revealed what said weakness is yet. It may, however, be the duration of time for which Rolo can use his Geass: from activation to fading, it clocks in so far as around 30 seconds of time-perception halting.
Rolo's Geass makes him an excellent killer, as the victims literally don't see it coming; having been in the assassination business from a very young age, he's skilled with a wide variety of weapons. I'm playing him as always carrying a concealed knife and nothing else (for now), though chances are, if it can kill people and Rolo's seen it before, he knows how to use it. And believe me, he's also all too willing to do so. (See this clip from the Code Geass: Lost Colors 1st-person video game, in which "your" character tries to Geass Rolo with...disastrous results.)
